Distinctive Setup

Distinctive is run through something called a Remote Desktop. There are two ways to access it. In both cases, you MUST use a PC that is connected to a network that is pre-authorized to connect to it. This is called an IP Whitelist, if you are getting connection errors, this is the most likely source.

There are two methods to do this, direct application access, and the full remote desktop.

Option 1 - Direct Application Access

Go to https://yl.360visibility.com/
Log In using your credentials
1. Note that your remote desktop credentials are not (currently) the same as your email credentials. Your credentials will look like this
  1. Email: peterw@yankeeline.us
  2. PW: Word1234
Download the RDP file you will need.
A File will be downloaded to your downloads folder. You can rename the file and move it to where you will remember it.
Open the file, and select Don't Ask Me Again for Remote Connections from this publisher, then select Show Details and make sure the program has access to your peripherals.
Enter the credentials you used to log into the website.
Another Screen Will appear, Hit Don't ask me again for connections to this computer. Then Hit Yes
You will now be able to access the Remote PC.

Option 2 - Full Remote Desktop

Hit the Windows key (between ctrl + alt) and search for Remote Desktop Connection
A new Window, will appear, enter the following information. Make Sure to select Allow me to save credentials, then enter the information below
1. Computer Field: 13.90.247.48
2. User Name: Your User Name
  1. Note that your remote desktop credentials are not (currently) the same as your email credentials. Your credentials will look like this.
    1. Email: peterw@yankeeline.us
    2. PW: Word1234
Click on Local Resources on the top bar, confirm at the bottom that both Printers and Clipboard are checked on the bottom
Hit Connect
The computer will ask for your password. Enter the password that was assigned to you when your DS account when you were setup (typically something like Word1234).
Another Screen Will appear, Hit Don't ask me again for connections to this computer. Then Hit Yes
You will now be able to access the Remote PC.
