Access the Shared Drive (known as Sharepoint now)
If you formerly accessed the shared drive, it has been migrated to a system known as sharepoint, which is connected to your OneDrive.
Share point has the major benefit of being available ANYWHERE, so you don't need to be connected to the network in Boston to access or make changes to these files.
To Access the Shared Drive, you have two options.
You can access it in your web browser at the URL below and click on Documents on the left side. Accessing it from this URL allows you to edit and change documents right in your browser.

If you want to sync the drive to your PC, you can do so buy following the steps below.
- Go to the sharepoint -> https://yankeeline.sharepoint.com/sites/AYLShared/
- Click on Documents on the left side
- On the top of the page, click on sync
- A pop-up will appear asking you to open it in OneDrive. Hit Yes
- A new folder will now appear in your onedrive folder called Documents - AYL Shared. This will be how you access the shared drive from now on from your PC.
