Your PIN is incorrect Error

There is a known issue with MS365 and some accounts. This is a config issue with some PCs because of the "Pseudo" MS accounts which followed the schema firstname.lastname@yankeeline.us.

If you are unable to log in with your pin even though you are sure you have entered it correctly, follow the steps below.

Below are the steps to complete this. If, after completing these steps you are still locked out, you will need to contact me.

Underneath the PIN number, select Forgot my PIN
1. Sometimes you may have to select this multiple times
The Microsoft Login window will appear. Enter your company MS365 account and your password. Complete the two factor authentication request.
You will get a menu confirming that you want to reset your PIN, hit yes.
Enter the PIN (It can be the same) in the menu that appears.
This should clear the issue and you should be able to log in again without issue.
