Hard Restart Yealink Phone
If your Deskphone is having network or connectivity issues, complete the following steps to complete a hard restart of your phone. This will force it to reconnect to its local network.
- Turn the phone around and look for the ports on the back. Find the one labelled "Internet"
- Unplug the cable from the Internet Port (Highlighted Below)
- Plug the phone back in and wait for it to restart.
- If the phone is still not working, please submit a ticket for further help.
