Moovit - Dispatch - Create a Service Alert
The following is how you create a service alert using Moovit TimePro. Please remember to set a relevant end date for an alert, otherwise the alert will never turn off for the end user.
- Go to mooviters.moovit.com and sign in with your email and password.
- Please not that the IT team CANNOT reset passwords or generate accounts. Please email yoav.hirshberg@moovit.com and CC helpdesk@yankeeline.us to request an account or reset an account.
- On the left side of the web browser, select Service Alerts (Bottom of menu as of 2025) and then select Service Alerts from the dropdown menu.
- On the top, select Community Service Alerts.
- Fill out the relevant fields in the menu below. Please note that a service alert with the settings below

It will appear to the end user like the screenshots below
